My name is Richard McAdam and I have been active in the South African computer industry for more than 20 years. I am an experienced network and systems engineer and have been deeply involved in the design and installation of many different types of network. I have also written numerous business database applications both on and off the web.

The Technocrat team and I have built and maintain many business systems. We are proud of the fact that we support the individual end user and solve their problems, with the understanding that not everyone is a tech geek and that clear communication is important.
