Backup data, format, reinstall software and restore data

Severely damaged software - When your system has had it's software severely damaged through viruses, power failures or corruption sometimes the only way to repair it is by backing up all your data, wiping the machine clean, reinstalling all your software and restoring your data.
Backup - We backup your data to external media. By 'your data' we mean your documents, images, email, contacts (where practical), favourites, accounts and other types of data you may have on your PC.

Software reinstall - We format your hard drive freshly and reinstall your operating system and other software from scratch. We install all the appropriate drivers for the hardware and make sure that everything is working as it should be.

Restore data - We restore your data to the freshly loaded computer and set up your email accounts and other required configurations so that it works as it did before the problems occurred.

Standard rate - To reinstall a standard computer we charge four hours labour, a total of R1,500.00 in 2009. If you have really peculiar software, for example, CCTV monitoring, we may have to give you a different quote.

Free collection and delivery - We collect and deliver in the Northern areas of Johannesburg, see the map on our contact page for the areas we cover. We also reinstall and test your PC on site after reloading it.
