Viruses and worms - Viruses and worms are programs that replicate themselves from one computer system to the next. They often carry a malicious payload such as a backdoor trojan that allows the virus writer to access your computer without your consent.

 Malware - Malware is malicious software of varying types. Common types are adware that displays unwanted advertising on your PC, spyware that records your activities and sends those records to unscrupulous marketers and scareware that tricks you into buying fake antivirus software by installing itself and then throwing up false alarms along with a link to buy whatever false product the writer is selling.

Virus repair - In many cases we can clean the computer of virus and malware infections, give it a general cleanup and return it to you working as it was before the infection got in.

Standard rate - In cases where we can do a cleanup we charge a standard rate of four hours labour, a total of R1,500.00 in 2009.

Free collection and delivery - We collect and deliver in the Northern areas of Johannesburg, see the map on our contact page for the areas we cover. We also reinstall and test your PC on site after cleaning it.

Reinstall - In the event that the infection is too pervasive or has done too much damage for us to repair it we will have to do a software reinstall.
